Christine Faeth began her real estate career in 1983 in the custom home building/land investment and development industry and has been one of the area’s hardest-working advocates for buyers and sellers in neighborhoods all over Southeast Michigan for over 37 years. Her background in building, land development, and finance gives her a unique understanding of the ever-fluctuating market. She prides herself on pricing properties effectively and developing strong client relationships.

 

Christine is so much more than just a real estate agent for hire. Over 95% of her clients are referrals, which speaks highly of her ability to not only understand and listen to her clients’ needs but provide results. Christine’s relationship with her clients goes beyond a business transaction; they are her friends. In her eyes, success means more than sales numbers, though she does excel in that. Success is relationships built to last long past the day of closing. She is humbly proud of her success and achievements, and her drive to maintain her status as one of the top agents in the Ann Arbor area means the world to her but does not define her.

 

Christine is defined by a hard work ethic, commitment to her client’s best interests, and loyalty. She understands the importance of family and friends. Spending time making home-cooked meals for her family and friends, and tossing a ball around with her golden retrievers are favorite pastimes. As an active member of the Travis Pointe Country Club and formerly on the Board of Directors, she enjoys golf, exercising, and travel when she’s not cheering on her favorite sports teams or attending cultural events.
